About Waynesboro Children's Theatre Troupe
Since the inception of the Waynesboro Children’s Theatre Troupe, it has been a forum to foster our community’s youth to build self-confidence and self-discipline, as well as to showcase their talents.
We provide one major production each year. Auditions are held in late August and practices begin the following week. Four shows are performed Thursday through Sunday on the first weekend in December.
Ours is a group effort and parents are asked to participate where needed to help the production thrive.
We would like to offer our sincere and heartfelt appreciate to all the members of our local community who have assisted the Waynesboro Children’s Theatre Troupe, especially our parents, local businesses and the Waynesboro Area School Board for allowing access to the Waynesboro Area High School.
Our Troupe does not perform for monetary profit. All fees and donations are used toward future productions. WCTT is a 501c3 organization.
